There are secured methods which most veterans here would be hesitant to share. Sharing opening will jeopardize the future of the vaping scene locally. Some kind souls might help you with contacting their suppliers, but no one knows about that for sure.
And for what it's worth, I'd kindly advice that this thread be closed. Not because I'm a ..... and want to stop others from getting what they need. No, I've been through that stage too. But this thread is putting our resources at risk. I kindly ask the TS to close this thread by reporting to the admin using the ! Icon by the top left/right. I'd be glad to help, along with a few selected people. But definitely not on this open platform.
P/S: lefthandblack, remove the place you get your supplies from. A little too open for your own good. The next thing you'll know is that you receive a love letter from H-...-A when you use the same method.

I think lefthandblack is not from the local vaping scene and ebay is pretty much an open source for everyone.
I'm relatively new as well. I can only say, do your homework in this forum. It's a tedious process but you have to get from the start - read every page you can. Pick up the hints and just do it.

Ignore the letter. There is zero chance of you getting back your item, so ignore that bull.... on the letter.
But if you get the letter one too many times (we all have no idea what's the safe limit, no one is gonna risk that), you might be invited for a private tea party with the princes of the H-...-A. Or they might pay you a visit at your house with their entourage, search warrant and all.
You might not want to get too detailed or long winded in the details.
Such stuff are being repeated over and over again. Keep it down a little.
Sometimes I just hate the legislation in our country. Make things so rigid and impractical at times. Can I put it that as of now, the best bet is to self carry in the supplies from abroad? The chances of not getting our pacels from online shopping is still quite high right?
