If you are going to try to keep your spending limited, here are some tips that will allow you to keep the cost as low as it gets...
1. buy from wholesalers. Almost every e-cig in America comes from china. You'll have to wait about 3-4 weeks longer for your products if being shipped to the West coast of the USA, but I've heard of quick delivery to the East coast (sometimes faster than purchasing from US distributors). There are a small number of USA made mod (modified) e-cigs that rock, but you are paying for the quality. Either way, all the cartos I can find come from China.
2. Really make your own e-liquid. (see my post in New Members Forum:Making your own nicotine e-liquid with Copenhagen Pouches)
3. Re-fill your cartos instead of buying already filled ones. This is quickly becoming the "thing" to do if you care about how much you are spending. All you do is drip three or four drops into the carto and you are good for 6-10 puffs.
