Hi folks.. I don't think this is suppose to happen..It just started tonight, but the Buzz is actually turning on by itself without me hitting the button. The Blue light comes on, but its not the regular blue/red color, its just the blue light comes on, and i can hear the atty sizzllin. What could this be?? Is there a short in my buzz?
Thanks.

I can see how liquid could get in to the button if you hold it on the bottom and the liquid come down the side. I'd take the batteries out, disconnect the top and blow it out good with compressed air from all angles including directly on the button. When putting it back together make sure the wire in the cap isn't frayed and hitting something too.

I had the problem you describe once. I had cleaned the inside with alcohol with the atty connector cap off and it hadnt dried all the way and I also found i needed to screw the connector on the top cap in a little. It was loose. Be sure to dry it out totally. Also the atty connector is not totally sealed so be careful of juice getting inside. Yes juice can get inside the compartment if the atty has over flowed.

Your buzz has not been near a magnet when it turns on by self has it? Somehow a magnet might trip the trip the switch to the on position.

Oh Purple, I never thought of that! I have a little case I toss my Buzz or Infinity in to carry in my purse and it has a magnetic latch. Is that a bad idea?

**NEWS FLASH** **MAGNET THEORY DEBUNKED***

I just ran the Buzz up close and personal too the magnet on the back of a Marshall speaker...Tried the Infinity too....Actually the speaker is an Eminence Texas Heat loaded in a Marshall cabinet.... No LED action was noted and neither the Buzz nor Infinity were harmed during experimentation... Won't fire a Buzz but will FIRE IT UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Trying too find a frog for experimentation #2.....Houston we have a problem.........................
