Ok I have had my Buzz Pro for a few months now. I used a 3.7 v EGO before.
FLAVOR
Wow what a difference the Buzz is. The best thing I have noticed is I can get a lot more flavors from some juices using higher voltage, it really depends on the juice. For example I got Raf-a-licious from Avejuice which I thought was good but I noticed that it was a little too sweet for me and I didnt use it too often, but then I upped the voltage on the Buzz and WOW, now it is one of my top 3 flavors , it really changed the flavor by upping the voltage into the 4 - 4.2 range. I have found many of my juices actually taste very different with a little more voltage, usually for the better , some juices taste much better at low and some at high voltage.
Ease of use
I had considered getting a provari, but the one thing I didn't like was it seemed like a lot of button pushes and I didn't feel I needed to know what the voltage was I just needed to know where to set it for each juice. I am glad I didn't get the ProVari I love the wheel on the Buzz Pro, it stays put and seems to be very consistent and it is very easy to change the voltage, even mid vape, this makes it easy to find that perfect setting for the juice you are using.
The Button
At first I was not sure I would like the button but after using it for a while I like it. It works everytime it is easy to push , never sticks or at least not yet.
Battery Life
With the EGO I noticed as the battery drained I had to pull longer as the voltage didnt hold up as the battery was drained. I have not noticed this problem on the Buzz, although I will say you don't really get a warning on the buzz when the batteries go they just go, so keep spares handy if you plan on doing a lot of vaping. BUT I have only once had to change batteries during the day and that was when I was out fishing with a friend and was heavy vaping all day. Under normal use I can go about 2 days with fresh charged batts.
Build Quality
The Buzz is very well made, the parts screw in very smoothly and it feels very solid. I have dropped my buzz a couple times on concrete , it kept going like a champ.
Cons
Honestly not much I don't like but one thing I have noticed, if I don't grip the top cap when unscrewing a carto sometimes the cap will unscrew, not a problem once you realize you need to grip the cap but would like to see a cap that didn't come unscrewed quite so easily when taking the cartos off. That is about the only con I personally have had with the buzz.
Overall I would say having the variable voltage has made a huge difference as I am able to easily tune the Buzz to each juice or just my mood, juices have just plain tasted better, well worth the money imo. I am guessing any quality VV mod will give you the same kind of experience but I am a huge fan of the Buzz after using it for a while now it is easy to use and most importantly , it is very reliable.
