Thanks Roscoe. Yeah, there is a lot to be said for improving with age. Didn't have nearly the patience when I was young that I have now.

Admit to be a bit frustrated this morning and disappointed she didn't just vape as I had hoped BUT I knew without a doubt that Mike has great customer service as I've experienced it before and we'd figure out what was wrong and she'd get fixed. And a BIG plus was knowing that you guys were all here and would offer your positive suggestions which helped a LOT. So thanks to all that offered suggestions while I was trying to figure out what was wrong and how to get her working.

Hope you weren't paying the new guy by the number of pieces he put in the top caps cause mine doesn't have any of those parts you just described Does she need to go back to the Buzz hospital or can you send them and I can put them where they belong ?

Tell the new guy its NOT nice to mess with Grandma's new toy8-o She looses her sense of humor when she can't get her new Buzz Pro to work.

By the way, with the one connector I found to get her to work shes a GREAT vape and I LOVE her !!!!!

Check the shipping bag I bet you the parts are in there and fell out during shipping !!

I got my purple BP back from the Buzz hospital today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She is working great. Thanx Mike and tell Lori thanx. I will have to take a picture of my Buzz family.

I now have one of the cleanest kichens around but it was worth it since I found one of the missing piece in the packing bag and another had rolled under the counter on the floor. Still no spacer, BUT she's working just fine with whatever I've tried on her. Dang those pieces are tiny and hard to see.

Back to the whip. Just came back from a 4 day work trip left the BP on while I was gone and still had about six hours of use left. The new regulator is working wonders. Thank you for improving on excellence. Now wondering what other ideas you have cooking in the lab.....
