I survived! The class was amazing, Chris Costa is one hell of an instructor and a really nice guy. He stayed at the lodge as well, so we all got to see the social side of him during meals and at the camp fire at night, he's got such a great personality. It was remarkable how much my skill level grew over the 3 days. Needless to say I had the time of my life and got to walk around in open carry rockin my Kimber 1911 CDP II

So I got a lot of questions about my BuzzPro. The comment I heard most was, if I was concerned that it would blow up in my face  . After about the 4th time hearing this I said - Ok there are 20 of us all armed and laying on the tables are several thousands of rounds of live ammo and you are all worried about my ecig??? lol

Welcome home,Minx! Did you get to Rock and Roll with that Hello Kitty or Ar-15 in the first photo?

Oh yes I did! We got to go out on the range and shoot the rifles after class. That AR was built for me by my husband, you can't see the paint good but it is a a pink digital camo that he painted on the furniture. The guys all enjoyed it and took pictures of themselves holding it and sent them to their wives lol.

In the top picture I posted, my Kimber is the one on the right closest to the pink AR, the other is my husbands Kimber 1911 .45, the other rifles are his. I'll post a better picture of it tomorrow when I clean her up, she's a dirty girl atm, I think I blew through about 2000 rounds during the class. Having only an 8 round mag was a bit of a pita, but I got really good at speed and tac reloads lol.
