Hi. Going on a 4 wk trip to China this summer. No success in finding info if there are e-cig shops in China.. one would asume yes (as the concept was invented in China !) but all information about smoking in China is just re regular cigarettes. I'd like to avoid running dry on e-juice while away or not able to replace a battery. So .. anyone here know if there are (physical) shops in Beijing ?

Contact some of the online vendors from China. Fasttech, Focale etc. Perhaps they can recommend some retail locations for you.

Hi - were you able to find anything in Beijing? A friend of mine is in Beijing and is traveling to where I am at. Please let me know if you were able to find anything there

I am going to Beijing for 4 weeks this summer as well. haha. I'm bringing juice and mods and attys with me, but it'd be fun to find a vape-shop, and it'd be great to find some cheep clones. I figure there will be some vendors selling vape stuff at the Silk-Market or the Ya-Shao market. Those are the go-to places for cheep shopping. Tons of counterfiets, and tons of not-counterfiets. You've just gotta sift through some of the crap and barter for a good price. If you're western, they will try to rip you off really hard. Like, take a pare of Nikies. They would be over $100 in the states, so the chinese vendor will ask you for $100. If you are Chinese they will give you their real price which is more like $30, but you should be able to get them down to $10. I always come back with mass $10 shoes. If they wanna rip you off, just walk to the next booth and they'll have the same stuff. Shopping in Beijing is awesome. It'd be awesome to find vape stuff!

Well I am in China now and I haven't seen a single person vaping. I haven't even seen a single cigalike. I haven't had much time to search around, but I can say for sure that none of the traditional cigaret shops i've seen have any vape stuff what so ever. I'll keep looking though. One interesting thing I found out is that domestic flights within China (andsomeofasia) have strict rules about Lithium batteries. You can't bring anything rated higher than 3000mAh in hand luggage, and everything with a li-po battery has to be put through the ex-ray. I put two vtc5s in there and I thought they were totally going to take them. They took a lady's cellphone backup battery infront of me, so I thought I was done for. But two EvodVVs and two VTC5s got through no problem. Had to put them in a bin though. I'd recommend putting all your batteries in checked luggage.
I don't think there is a demand for vape stuff or e-cigs here because a pack of ciggs is less than $1.00 U.S. and there are very few places where smoking is prohibited. Even in places with "No-Smoking" signs, people still smoke. They dgaf.
