just want to say Andrew is a great guy and I have always had great service from him- I cant wait till other vendors will look at his buisiness model and follow it.

Hi there, great concept on your return policy. I wish others did the same. My question is this, If I get defective cartos and can prove it via pictures, can I get replacements without sending them in? For example, I have been using dual coils for almost two months and I feel I know them very well. The last two boxes I got totally suck, can't get 1/2 day out of some of them. Each one gets burnt very quickly. I always dissect them to see what's up and every time I find the coils are not covered by the heat resistant tubing, that tubing has slidden up the wire leaving the coils exposed to the filler. I can show this in pictures, would that suffice as proof of defect?

Talk about fast shipping, I ordered on Saturday afternoon, received package today Monday ! From Illinois to Deep East Texas on the lake over the weekend. Well, he said he was going to bribe the mail lady and I guess it worked.
Great service, will report back on products soon, some atty's and some cartos and clear cartos, also got syringe, drip tip and a great sample bottle of Werther, that stuff is remarkable.
**edit to point out that the comment above about "bribing the mail lady" was just a joke, sometimes the black helicopters might be circling around our forum listening and I sure would not want my new friend to get in trouble for bribing a federal employee.... lol

Sure send the pics and order number or email you used along with the casing pics. we can fix this, quick question were these indivually wrapped or they have condoms caps, reason i ask is my supplier sent a batch unwrapped, I gave him a piece of my mine, told him any thing he ships me from now on whether it be cartos or ball point pens I want them wrapped, he said a supplier had requested unwrapped had backed out of the order, I'm still finding this rather suspect, why would they want unwrapped when no price difference?, more logical thing is they failed final quality control test never made it to the wrapping stage, but I couldn't tell him this.

I just hope Andrew that people don't try and take advantage of your new policies.. This is very bold of you to offer this to your buyers and requires a lot more time for a 1 man business.... Good success!
I kinda figure there will be few try take advantage of this concept, but for every 1 person that does I'll get 10 new customers that enjoy my products, tell there friends and return, anytime you keep your credit/debt ratio at 10:1 that's always good business.

Andrew, could you get a broader stock of Dual Coils in please? I use 1.25's, 1.5's, 2.0's and would love some non-clear 2.5's. If you do manage to get 1.25's and 2.5's I would order a bunch today. Thanks.
