***Update*** I am very happy to report that all the CCV fans were right. Got my shipping tracking # today! Had my doubts and am glad they were unfounded. Thanks Andrew. You are indeed a stand up guy.

I want to prepare everyone in advance for the onslasught of posts to come. I'm sure I'll need plenty of tuning up on the epower learning curve. The mailbox stalking starts tomorrow.

Well, I got my shipping notice the 7th and got my vapemail yesterday...... thank gawd they love bubble wrap cause I'm not sure just where this envelopes been, but it wasn't happy looking when I hauled it out of the mailbox... and the number never updated once... still hasn't infact, LOL

Wow, 7th? What do you mean number though? Like tracking number? Cuz i dont have one lol

Just wanted to let everyone know I was one of the 'lost' orders back at the end of December due to the unfortunately inept employee. Received my order (along with an extra for my trouble) today and am a happy camper again.

It appears CCV is digging its way out from under the various recent snafus. I'm appreciative and understanding and will order again.

ok ccv has now shipped my package 3 times. i have no reason to upset, right? i made the order a month ago.
I can't say for sure, but at this point I'm thinking your money would have been refunded, since Andrew dislikes playing around...
there was a post office plunder where a bunch of stuff got squished, lost and system glich/employee fubar, holidays, a syringe quirk and yammering whiners, of which I was one of... ya you can be upset, I was pissy as hell cause my tank carto was on its last vapors ( after 7 weeks I mean come on whats up with the quality on these, daaamn ) and I ranted and raved kicked the cat and threw away a perfectly good pair of socks .... wait where was I?

What's the order number, that's well beyond unacceptable???

BTW we are back to same 24 hours shipping, 90% of all orders received by 3pm, will ship same day.I also realize that there are 30+ orders out there I don't even know about, please, send a pm with order number or call if you haven't received your goods, definitely take care of it or give you a instant refund, whatever you want to do.

Also the syringes and needles are no more.

silversmyth -- yours may be in the group of lost orders that their temp employee accidentally deleted -- I ordered on 12-22 and mine was in that group. email your order number to support@crystalclearvaping.com and make andrew aware of the problem -- he'll take care of it as soon as he can.

I placed another order this morning and already have my shipping notice this afternoon -- yay, andrew!
