Placed a couple big orders and just want to say thank you for the great deals Andrew- it makes vaping affordable for my two vaper home. Thanks for all the extras- I have zero complaints-- but one small suggestion. Maybe on your site when you have the time you can post how many days a person can expect for their order to ship, what day you are on currently on, etc.

I find it hard not to reply to threads complaining about slow shipping or your service to the point that I expect people think I am one of your defenders for some other motive like we are affiliated or I am your girlfriend---neither being true. :D

Have you checked your email address on your account? I get a total of 5 emails when i order from CCV, Rewards notification, order conformation, bank order conformation, Stamps.com order tracking number and final shipment from CCV.

Am I special? ;)

You may very well be, but I get the same emails when I order. Haven't gotten a shipping notification for this last order yet, though, and that was placed on the 13th. The other 2 small orders placed same day at other vendors were received on the 17th but they were also from vendors that have a staff of more than a single person.

CCV has GREAT DEALS! I for one agree that it's an awesome opportunity and you get wonderful products. Absolutely love the goodies and free shipping.

After 2 orders, I unfortunately never thought to check ECF for shipping practices and I Promise you, that a great many of the CCV NEWBS, that happen upon this great deal, don't have any idea that it is a one man operation and that he is slammed. Without that knowledge, it is just common for people to get squeamish when things don't ship within a couple days. Its gonna happen when no expectations to the contrary are presented upon sale. That is just the way it is in this industry. In VapeLand. If it ain't shipped in a few days, people think "ughhhh, something is wrong." That is why he mentions getting a rediculous amount of emails.

That being said. I think if people knew that it may take 5 or more days to ship, people will still line up to do business with Andrew and CCV!

To assume that people will find this thread and be aware of the backlog, and be aware that Andrew is working himself like crazy, is just a pretty big leap. I also expect if Andrew put the info on the site, his life would be less hectic. No way he should have to be dealing with 50 "where's my order" emails a day. That's not fair to him either.

Seems to be an easy fix here. It shouldn't hurt business to just be upfront with expectations. No shame in being so successful and in Demand :)

I am just a new guy that finally figured this all out and have a new full understanding. Let's make it easier on the next new CCV customer. There needs to be no frustration.

Rock on CCV. You do indeed do great things and there are many that needs ya.

I think I've only ever gotten one shipping notice and it wasn't very busy at that time. I got my order in like 2-3 days. The other times, he was swamped and he told me he only send shipping notices if they were requested because he was too busy to send them on so many orders. He said he shipped orders from Dec 9th & 10th on Dec 15th. I ordered on the 9th, but I didn't receive a shipping notice or my order yet. I figure it'll be here Monday. I hope so cause I'm using my last carto! My bad for waiting so long to order, especially this time of year. Sorry for the added stress at Christmas, Andrew. :)



Have you received yours yet? I also ordered on the 9th and am just curious and am also on my last carto lol

try get them up tonight , just shipment in all flavors of resurrectors 20k new cartos, plus drip tip o-rings sell by the 10 pack
also o-rings for tanks, inside around cartos.

I just saw Phil's review as well. That's a nice device for the money! Looking forward to all the new stuff on the site! Keep this up and you're going to have to hire some help.

Think your right, cause i hate it being behind,,liked it much better when fill a order the moment it came in, i throw some extras for the waiting but still, sure rather get stuff in few days, not a dam week, trying to pack extra 35 to 50 orders a day over what i get in any given day to catch up, seems to be futile :(

All BS aside, your business model is based on bulk, not high prices. Problem is, that bulk is gonna kill you!

You either need some help or a really good girl friend that'll help you out!

I'm not ordering again (looking for a vendor I can rely on) until I have a defined timeline. We can't just accept the fact it will arrive when it arrives... NOT ACCEPTCTABLE not matter what the savings! I need my product! WILL I GET IT??? I'm afraid to risk it!! Damnit it, I loved CCV!!!

    When I first started vaping 2 years ago, I couldn't understand why Dawn at DIY flavorshack was only open a few days a week,,, I see why now.


    BTW the bolts and tanks have been added to sight,,,,pre punched plated resurrectors next,,,already have them just haven't opened the boxes yet.
