How do you get the c rating? Sony VTC5?

I haven't seen an official C rating for a VTC5. But it would be about 11 or so if the continuous discharge rate is 30 amps.
C*capacity =continuos discharge rating in amps

I don't see why you need to know a battery's C rating if you already know the continuous discharge rate in amps? The Sony VTC3, 4, and 5 series of batteries have a 30 amp cdr.

The C rating and battery capacity in mAh is used to find the continuous discharge rate in amps.
