I recently had a really positive experience with C2CVaping (Coast2Coast vaping - https://c2cvaping.3dcartstores.com) that I'd like to share.
I had pre-ordered a mod on a whim after seeing it on Vapor Joe's (who among us hasn't?), and then realized after reading more, that it wasn't for me. I called and spoke to RynoSerious, the operator/owner, and was very pleased when he not only took the time to answer all my questions and give advice, but also was happy to cancel my order and give me store credit.
Later, I emailed him and asked if he'd be willing to convert the credit into a full refund. He didn't blink an eye - just processed the refund - immediately and with great politeness. This guy is a class act, and I just wanted to encourage my fellow ECF'ers to shop with him. You can be sure he stands behind everything he sells and puts his customers first. Really a breath of fresh air after some other experiences I've had.
