Many have spoke and complained and it has been decided that there will be TWO categories for this coffee flavor.

And the regular Macchiatto you've come to expect.

There were just too many complaints of what I'm attributing to the new coffee flavor. So, there will now be two options.

I will update the site just as soon as my new Lorann's shipment comes in.

Can I ask Geoff if you are still doing the 2 versions? Or still waiting on the Loranns?
I ask because my brother is after some 'old' version while I like them both but I couldn't see anything on the drop down for Cafe machiato on the site offering both when i was there gettin my AFB order in

The Lorann's Free version is what I received per request. Not bad at all, but I havent touched it in over week due to its not so strong flavoring and lack of vapor - kinda tastes like burnt coffee TO ME. Others may love it. It is always about personal preference. Mine is going to sit and goto waste I fear.

ATM and Banana Foster's I received this past week is the bomb! These two will NOT go to waste

<edit> re-read my post, sounds a little negative. Thats not the case. Kudos to Geoff for offering two options with Cafe Mac.

Ok cool so you have to ask for it in comments then? I was expecting another mini-drop down option for either loranns or loranns free versions. I placed an order this week and I should have asked BEFORE I made it I guess, I told my bro they didn't have the Loranns one back yet (as that one is his fave) so I just got my own stuff. Darn it. We were going to order together to save on shipping.

Can you please give me a little background on this? I am/will be a new customer, so I was looking around your forum for customer reviews, but I am not sure what is going on with this.

Just got a sample of Cafe Mac from "Trekie" today... don't know which version it is, but I love it! Nice coffee flavor

Btw, it's 24mg, and has a nice TH and lots of vapor. The taste reminds me of coffee ice cream... yum!

Nurse, which one of these colors did your cafe machiato look like?

Very DARK one on the left is the NEW loranns free.
Lighter one on the right is the original version.

I too am waiting for the webpage to show choice for "original" version before I make my next purchase.

I'm not NightNurse but I have the darker one and it's like a strong unsweetened capaccino. I like it better with TV's sweetener and some Dulce de Leche added, but I prefer sweet, smooth vapes. If I order again I'll order the Lorann's.

Thanks for the visual, Liberty! Mine looks like the one on the left, so it must be the "new" one... I really like it! No, not too sweet, but that's ok w/me. Just for fun, I was thinking about adding some TV caramel to it - a la caramel macchiato

So help me please smart people. I bought a bottle of what I assume to be the new flavor as it is dark. I don't mind it but the mg is 24, so I ordered a doubler and asked for the original. So do you think it will taste alright to cut the 24mg new flavor with the original doubler?

I don't see why not.
It may make it a bit sweeter, but I think you will retain that new flavor.
Unless your cutting it down to like 6 or 4 or something...
I went 50/50 on some 16mg new cafe mac and butter cream doubler. It still taste like a dark coffee, just with a boatload more cream in it.
I think i will go with the Dulce De lechce doubler next time. ;-)

I have both, I could try it, but I am just to lazy to go mix up a ml to find out.
That and taste is a very individual thing.. so me doing it wont help you.
