PG, nic, and flavor will be 2/3 what they were before. VG is now 73.3333%.

VG:
Before: 60% of 20ml = 12ml.
After adding 10ml of straight VG, you now have 12ml+10ml = 22ml VG, from a total 30ml of liquid.
22 / 30 = 0.73333... or 73.33%

PG:
Before: 40% of 20ml = 8ml
After: still 8ml, but the total is now 30ml: 8 / 30 = 0.26666... or 26.66%

Nic:
Before: 12mg/ml(*) x 20ml = 240mg
After: 240mg / 30ml = 8mg/ml
(*I can only assume you meant 12mg/ml or 1.2%, as 12% is 120mg/ml, and even the super-concentrated stuff we buy for DIY is only 100mg/ml. Most people vape between 6-24mg, or 0.6-2.4%)

Flavor 1:
Before: 10% of 20ml = 2ml
After: 2ml / 30ml = 0.06666... or 6.66%

Flavor 2:
Before: 5% of 20ml = 1ml
After: 1ml / 30ml = 0.03333... or 3.33%

Flavor 3:
Before: 3% of 20ml = 0.6ml
After: .6ml / 30ml = 0.02 or 2%

I feel stupid because I know this is probably an easy equation, but I don't know what it is.

if I mix up a 60/40 vg/pg e liquid at 12% nic with three flavors the percentages of 10,5 and 3 and i make 20ml Then I delute by adding 10 ml of straight vg, what are my new ingredient ratios?

Thanks for the help...i know it's coming.

I'll assume by 12% nic you mean 12mg/ml, which is 1.2% nic (100mg/ml is 10%).

By mixing up 20ml and then diluting to 30ml, you've cut everything by 1/3, or multiplied by 2/3 (as Rick essentially pointed out, by multiplying by 20/30 = 2/3)

So 12mg/ml --> 2*12/3 mg/ml = 8 mg/ml, and he's dead on with the percentages.

Your PG percentage would also be reduced by 1/3, so instead of 60/40 VG/PG, the PG component would be 40*2/3 ~ 26.67%, and you'd basically have a 75/25 VG/PG ratio.

ETA: And bwh, who kindly went through all the details, and also nailed it (while beating me!) :)
