Calculator with different bases (PG/VG/Water)?

Hey,

I'm looking for a good calculator/spreadsheet that calculates all the different possiblities; ie:

I want: 10ml 9mg juice for 5% flavour (so about 9.47mg in the 9.5ml base), which is 50%PG, 40%VG and 10% water.

I have:
Base #1: 60% PG/30% VG/10% water with 12mg nic
Base #2: 80% VG/20% water with 36mg nic
PG: 100% PG
VG: 80% VG, 20% water
Water: 100% demineralized water PH7

I also got a digital scale for precise mixing.

All calculators I tried don't account for water in the base, or for anything at all. I tried to build my own spreadsheet, but that has some major bugs - kind of missing the math here.

Anyone has some suggestions? Thanks!
