What if the liquid company only sold unflavored liquid and added a "free" sample of flavoring on the side? If the consumer wished to use the flavoring in their morning cereal, that is their choice, but if they decided that perhaps the unflavored liquid would benefit from the "free" flavor sample, then perhaps they may decide to mix the two.

You know, I've been wondering about something along those same lines.

Maybe we should put that bug in a few vendors ears... just in case. They probably wouldn't want to go exclusively to that unless they had to because some people don't really want to mix it themselves... however most probably would given the choice between mixing and unflavored... I know I would

The problem is too many of our rights are being taken away, we used to be a free country. Its maddening to the point of suffocation. If I know the dangers of something and I choose to still do it, then that is my right. When you put bans on something all it does is make it more desirable. When I was a kid, I used to steal cigs from my Uncle and go in the woods to our tree house and smoke my brains out. Also we used to get an older friend of ours to go into the bars to buy us a six pack. You just cant stop anyone from getting their hands on anything. Hasnt the govt learned that yet!! Instead of worrying about e-cigs why dont they concentrate on the huge drug problem that actually kills kids quicker than you can blink!!!!!!!!! Aaaarrrggghh!!!!

Personally, I don't see teenagers smoking much at all. I think they have been sufficiently conditioned in schools and by their parents not to smoke and are convinced that their life will be much better without smoking of any kind.

OTOH, the claims that Ecigs are safe might be an attraction if Ecigs are considered cool by the masses. I think teenagers of today are lulled more by fast food than smoking related activities. The overweight problem is just about as dangerous as smoking, IMO.

Sadly, in some places it's probably easier to buy crack rocks than it is an E cig.

I have never in my life seen an e-cig advertisement. Are these advertisements played during Sesame Street or something?

I have seen some ads on local TV around here. For the most part the ads are for the rip off companies, but they were enough to get me interested. The ads are shown at the normal times when the out of work or down on their luck folks are watching... during the afternoon Judicial shows or at late night.

Because they can't win that one either.
