I can't find a Chinese Restaurant that delivers to Rob, so I am sending this woman over.
My emotions are about to get the best of me right now (and I've not even ordered yet). This is why I absolutely LOVE Reo Grand products from Robert O'neil. Robert already makes an awesome product, and has given great effort to make it even better throughout the years. A recent mistake is made (hey, it happens), and he spots it immediately; announces a resolution; and even mentions paying the shipping both ways.
Thank you Rob - for just being YOU -- a down to earth human being, animal loving person, soul guitar player, mod Master Jedi that saves lives, and a Dennis Quaid look-a-like.
I knew from seeing you Reonauts posts here and there over the last year or so, that you fine folks were on to something great, but reading this, and seeing how Rob has addressed this issue in other threads has really impressed me. Actually, I am blown away by the integrity and true grit that has been demonstrated by Rob. When the 510 issue gets sorted out, I am most definitely going to order a mod from Reosmods, It'll be my third REO, but my first brand spankin' new REO. REO's ROCK!!!

Nice try, Russ. You have turned out to be one AWESOME Reonaut. I was afraid Rob would do/say exactly what he did. I've tried to get ahead of him (or even with him) several times and there's just no way. I sent him some homemade jelly one time (total cost was the shipping) and he sent me a little Mini REO he "found in a drawer and thought I'd like." I've sent him REOs to repair, and sent a guesstimate amount of money to pay for it -- he refunded half of it. There's just no way.....

I remember my first year when I moved to Idaho. Bought myself a Grizzly 700 and a snow plow for my 4 car wide 80 yard long driveway. I prayed for early snow just so I could play. I had a blast for the first few months. After several months I wanted to shoot the snow plow driver who filled my driveway entrance daily....lol
My pile of snow was bigger than my plow. This Texas boy had never seen so much dang snow. I actually liked it and just bought some snowmobiles and learned to live life in the snow.

Cant wait to buy another mod. I have three grands now, I'm going to pick up a resin mod when they come out too. So excited!
I can send mine in with the postage paid. In that package, I can include a paid return shipping label taped to the REO. The only way the wizard of squonk can't use my my meager offer is to pitch the label and, so, benefit only the USPS.
Once every seven decades, I get a thought. I am buying a large box to hold the REO and a flat return box addressed back to me. My attempt is small but this mess has to be a major financial problem for him and if this works then I am glad to do it. A little help for someone who seems to me to be a person with integrity.

We could all send our reos to super x in unsealed paid return boxes and then he can send the batch to rob. Ha that probaly take to long . I've only had mine a week and dont know what i am going to do without it.
So when the hell is Robert gonna quit lollygaggin and start installing the new parts on our older mods? I've been waiting and waiting having one Grand with a foot in the grave now. How about a little help here? (places kevlar helmet on noggin--runs to shelter in preparation for incoming bombardment)
