Hey ECF,

I am a journalism student from Northeastern University in Boston, and I am writing an article on electronic cigarettes. The articles scope ranges from the increasing popularity, new regulation and the history of e-cigarettes. Im looking to talk to people who are using e-cigarettes. I need to speak with people who would be able to speak from a personal perspective, manufacturing/distro/sales perspective and a regulatory/policy perspective. Yeah, I feel like a total yank for saying it, but the problem is more of a logistical issue. I am looking to keep it regional - specifically New England US - but perhaps I should have been more explicit... Apologies.
