You'd be surprised the dirt you can find on someone when you look hard enough. Right now, Banzhaf is nothing more than a power driven nutjob who has no serious scientific data to back up his claims, while in the process of ruining the reputation of ASH and other anti-smnoking zealot organizations (not like that will be any sort of tragedy in of itself). Dr Siegel said in one of his recent articles about ASH and the Electronic Cigarette

ASH is truly undermining the credibility of the entire anti-smoking movement in terms of its claims about the hazards of the real secondhand smoke. The public is going to start to dismiss all of the movement's claims, even those which are scientifically sound.
