So, I've been smoking camel menthol silver for years now and I'm trying to find a vape juice similar with no luck so far.
Ive tried numerous vape juices but most of them are way too sweet.
I don't want a sweet mint!
Imo, the camels aren't peppermint-y. They're true menthol and they're far from sweet. Regardless, if anyone has any suggestions, please lmk!:thumb:

I think u most likely wont find something that tastes the same and u should know that but be open minded.

I think u can get pretty close if u try some natural extracted tobacco juices or N.E.T for short.
Those juices really are the closest thing to a tobacco flavoured juice and most dont contain any sweeteners.
I dont think u can find one with menthol in it as far as i know but if u first find one of those that u like, then u can buy some menthol or cooling flavourings that are not to be vaped on their own because are concetrated and by adding few drops of that in the net juice u like u will get that cooling effect also.

I think this is the only way to get close to a tobacco flavour with menthol and maybe u find something that is very similar to camel also.

People here would know to suggest N.E.T. juices cause i know only one brand that i buy locally in my country.

But if someone doesnt have something better to suggest i think u should try them.

to ECF Jazzh. So glad you are here.

I happen to love menthol but it did not take me long to start DIY because I found it made my tastebuds happier than any juice that I tried. I make unflavored nic and add my own menthol. I also prefer a non-minty menthol.

Sorry, I am not more help to you but I am sure you will get excellent suggestions and answers in many of the threads. Good luck to you and I hope you will make yourself at home.

I was thinking the first problem for the OP is that vape liquids given the names of tobacco flavors don't ever really taste like tobacco, though back in the day I found that pipe and cigar flavors came close and were satisfactory until I moved on to a million other kinds of flavors. For tobacco you almost have to just try a hundred 10 ml. sample bottles, or test brew your own with DIY flavorings, a little cowboy, a little RY, bit of graveyard dirt, a little mouse hair, bit of cocoa and brandy, a little anise (anise in a teeny amount seemed to me to somehow mimic that tar flavor of the cig exhale).

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
IMHO, your best bet is to find a tobacco juice you like then add like 1-5 drops of The Flavor Apprentice (TFA) Koolada or Inawera (INW) Coolada, or similar to each tank. Once you figure out how much you like, then you can just add however many drops you need to the your juice bottle so you don't have to do it for every tank. Neither of the ones above have any sweetener at all. They are merely used for that mentholated sensation, no taste.

First Hi and Welcome to ECF . . .

Being in the same postion when I started on the "Transition into the World of Vaping" 11 years ago as you are now - Lookig for that TRUE Menthol Tobacco taste for over 9 years (Smoked KOOL cigarettes), did not want anything like a "Mint", nor especially sweet candy tasting . . . I hope my learning experience can be informative and help you out.

Before you start any further, you need to learn what products and/or additives are out there to help you acheive that TRUE MENTHOL. To clearify, IMHO - there are only 3 main products to create Menthol:

1) KOOLADA & WS 23 : Provides a cooling effect, usually on both the inhale and exhale of the vapor - No Flavor, nor Taste. YMMV, But I use more then just a drop or 2 .

2) Menthol "Cystal" Liquid : Provides a Menthol Taste (NEEDS TO BE USED SPARINGLY AND CAREFULLY ! ! ! - I can not empisze this enough. I found out the hard way when I had to pick up my lungs from the floor and put them back into my chest)

These products can be added to any E-liquid flavor of your choice to get a TRUE MENTHOL that you are looking for . . .

Personally I gave up looking for a "Kool" after I started using @Bea-FL Menthol formula and have now been a fulltime Vappr for just over 3 years.

If I can be of any further help - just let me know. And BTW: Might I suggest you check out the DIY Threads, there are many GREAT ECF Members who can help Ya too, especially . . .

Random DIY mixing and More

You can find both @Bea-FL Original Menthol receipe and my version @Uncle Menthol in @Zazie's Blog . . . :D

Just Sayin' . . .

    Somewhere between here and there
I was a long time menthol smoker also and thought that I had to have a liquid that tasted like my cigarettes. No liquid is going to taste like burning tobacco. At least none that I am aware of. I have been using the same diy menthol tobacco for years but also use all kinds of different flavor profiles. For my menthol tobacco, I use menthol, koolada, and tobacco absolute along with a few other flavors to get what I want. NET concentrates are good and I've tried some but they taste like tobacco not burning tobacco.
