Appreciate everyone that has responded and has educated me more on this subject. I mailed them the batteries and bad cartridge today. Depending on what they decide to do will determine if I release my video I made today before sending the bad cartridge off. In the video I purposely put the cartridge on a good working battery just to show that it does short the battery out. Once I upload the video I plan on sending the link to them. Although the lady made me mad the other day when I contacted them, I'm going to give them a chance to make it right.
Well it seems like I'm getting the runaround from them. Every time I contact them, they do not have an answer for me, and always say they will contact me later in the day, but never do. So here is my video that I will be sending them. Its not the most entertaining video, but I had to get my point across, and it may seem boring at sometimes. This company is a small outfit, to my knowledge less than 10 employees and I believe the company is ran out of the guy's house. Maybe when they see the video they might decide to do something, or maybe not. People should just be aware of what might can happen when dealing with them.
