can anyone else in Minnesota (or other very cold mid west areas) relate to this right now?

um believe it or not I can relate though in the opposite. Going from cold AC in the house to a hot car and the reverse can cause all kinds of leaking and flooding issues here in the summer.

Me too. When it's 100 degrees out, carto-tanks flood fast. Next summer I'm going to try using only one punched hole instead of two.

i have been using vision ce5's and iclear16's.
since i've started topping them off at 3/4 full i have eliminated 99.9%
of the gurgling and 100% of the flooding issues.

I'm in Rochester MN & had the same issues with clearos leaking in the cold. Was told to switch to cartomizers from users on this forum so I did & haven't had an issue. I'm now using a Russian 91% & still no leaks!
