I find if I add some sort of mint to the juice it improves the TH. Try some Lorann's creme de menthe, peppermint or chocolate mint flavorings. You can find them at Michaels or any party store that has cake decorating supplies. Add a drop or two to the cart or if you DIY use it at about 2-4%. I've heard people use Everclear or Vodka also. Never tried these though. Good luck and don't beat yourself up. If you absolutely need to have one, have one. You'll eventually come to a point where they just taste too disgusting. I know it sounds hard to believe, I never thought it was possible either. I LOVED my smokes but after about 3 weeks into vaping I couldn't stand the taste of an analogue. That's when I put them down for good. Be good to yourself and remember, this is a journey, baby steps.

I cannot comment on your PV. But if you need more throat hit, you can up your nicotine content of your juice up a bit (I use 36 mg—plenty of TH) and use 100% PG based juice, if possible. I started with 24 mg and I was craving cigarettes significantly; increased the nicotine content to 36 mg’s and my cravings were significantly reduced.

Note: I smoked over the first 11 days of vaping. Just try to cut down your cigarette consumption at first. After a while, when you think you are ready, take the next step and fully quit.

I also find that a strong Mint or Menthol gives a good throat hit. Also, you can get Menthol Crystals cheap on eBay so you might want to try those and add a little bit of one to your juice. You can get 50ml's of a good strong Mint at Rocky Mountain Vapor for $22.

Good luck on your good decision to vape and like the others said, sometimes it takes a little while. Be patient with yourself, your mere desire to quit smoking is going to help you a lot. :)
