Lowest mg with biggest throat hit??

Can anyone make a suggestion on a liquid that has the lowest mg with the highest throat hit?

I'd like to be at a 6 but I'm getting no throat hit. Could different equipment help?

I've been using my Joye 510 for quite some time now and I've been very happy with it.

The lowest level of juice that I've been able to vape with a satisfying throat hit is a 11 and that is RIGHT on the border. I've received some 11s that haven't done it for me. 16 is just about perfect.

VPL 11 carts are working great for me. The 6 juice they have has some nice hit to it as well.

I know there are several users here that talk about throat hit with 0mg juice(Sun Vaporer is one, I think). It may be a function of the flavors you are using.
