Can e-cigarette explode ?

Did anybody ever heard in news that e-cigarette can explode when we vaping ?

Just to be Clear... Any Battery can Explode.

It's just that some are More Likely to Explode and some are Less Likely given a Particular Situation.

Generally speaking, If a Battery is in Good Working Order and Charged Properly, and used on a Vented PV, the chances of Serious Injury or Fire is Very Small.

Very, Very Small.

They're the same type of batteries used in cell phones, ipads, some flashlights, etc. Treat your ecig with the same care you treat all of these devices.

Sure they can, that was an IMR 18650 - i think the charger was faulty, but only CSI would know! Get something like a shortstop too.

And if your batteries are old and tatty and no longer charge well - then just throw them out.
