that's confusing. You have an echo-e kit. It stands for echo-ego compatible. It uses 510 threads and is manual. An echo is a automatic battery using 808 threads. Did you accidently order echo carts? You may be looking for Echo-e carts. You can get them at Mountain Vapor or Smoke Tek. Was that the question or are you looking for more in a 510 thread as well.

I would try a HH.357 hybrid atty. you can get one from avidvaper.com.
I tried quite a few attys to drip and test juices with and have found that the HH.357 hands down is the best. It gives incredible flavor and I notice it brings out subtle flavors in some juices that go unnoticed with most other attys. it works on a vacuum pump and I find the way you vape an HH.357 atty is the closest to how you take a drag on a normal cig. Since it works on a vacuum pump, instead of the slow long draws, you take shorter harder draws, much more similar to how you take a drag on a cig. The amount of vapor it produces from a short 2-3 second drag is absolutely ridiculous.
It is expensive, at $22, but if you use it properly and know how to maintain it properly, you can easily get your money's worth. I've had mine for almost 6 months and it still works like it did when I first got it. I feel I've already def gotten my money's worth, but don't see why it shouldn't be able to last at least another few months. my buddy that turned me onto the HH.357 uses a Reo mini and is coming up on almost a year with the same HH.357. So even though it's fairly expensive upfront, you can def get your money's worth if you use it right and take care of it.
I would def consider getting one bc the flavor and vapor it gives is incredible. They come in a few different ohms and you can get a regular one or an extended barrel one. I use a 2.0ohm regular size one on an Epower and my buddy uses a regular size 1.5ohm on his reo mini.
If your someone who likes to take slow, long drags, then the HH.357 prob isn't for you. But if your someone that kinda misses the harder pulls that you used to take on a cig, then def try one.

thanks for the clarification. sorry about the confusion. the kit came with 5 carts listed as:

*ECHO Cartomizer (without logo) (Resistance: 2.4-2.7ohm /Capacity: 2.3ml

I have no complaints about them whatsoever about the set up, but since I'll be trying a whole bunch of juices someone recommended that I get an atomizer.

I was looking for one that would be similar to what I'm using, and compatible with my batteries.

No. I meant the site you bought from was confusing for calling it an echo. You're fine. :) It's really a VV ego. Try a couple of these BetterLife 510 3-Hole Dripping Atomizers (2.0-2.5 ohm) [BL510-3Hole] - $4.99 : ValueVapor.com, Discount Electronic Cigarettes and e-Liquid They are bridgeless so it's easier to rinse flavors out. Get a couple 510 drip tips too to keep your lips off a hot atomizer. Unless you like to live dangerously. The flavor payoff can be worth it. (but seriously, get a couple drip tips too.)
