can i mod a Joye EGO Atty?

i had a EGO...
the battary died (....)
i got a good atty can i mod it to make a passtrough or something?
or there is any use for it now?

If the atty is fine then you can use it on anything with a 510 connection, as for the dead battery, you could make that into a passthrough or a mod, or even get another battery and continue as before.

can i make a passtrough thro the atty?

a passthru is a power source that gets power from a pc, wall adapter, car adapter for usb etc. so you would have to use the ego housing ( remove the batty ) and make a passthru out of that, them screw the atty on and use as normal, just at a higher voltage usb = 5v. you cant make a passthru out of an atty, if thats the question you are asking, and I am understanding you correctly.
