Can I order a BP with no top cap?

I have a 510 chrome top cap sitting here, and since I would have to sell my backup mod to even think about buying a BP, can I order a BP with no topcap and simply pay the cost of a BP minus the cost of a brass cap (Like $10) and install my 510 chrome cap when it arrives?

Only other questions is, can I pay Notcigs with Paypal? Because I would need to sell my backup first, the money would be in Paypal.

If the answer is no to either, or both of these questions, I think I am still going to list my VV Splash and get another BP, this time the ECF Version, because those lightning shaped slots in a Black BP with a black tube inside look fracking awesome!

Once you have a Buzz Pro, you will never want to use another mod IMO

my other mod just sits in a drawer with an empty carto on it if somethign happens to my Buzz. Might be loaning it to my neighbor to help him quit analogs.
