I was reading up on the notcigs forum and was wondering about a couple posts made regarding increasing the airflow. I have both a BP and VVPV and the only criticism that I have about them is that the draw is a little tight when compared to other PVs that I own (i.e., Provari, Lavatube, Reo).

Does anyone have experience changing the top screw of their notcigs PV to a slotted screw (I read this increases the airflow)?

The thing is, I already have some sealed 510-510 adaptors for drip shields. If I used the adaptor would it be the same as changing the screw? Would using both methods doubly increase the airflow on the BP and VVPV? Why does using the slotted screw or 510-510 adaptor even change the airflow at all?

Thanks, guys!
