can I take my ecigarette offshore?

Anyone know if I can take my e-cigarette offshore?, just been told no in Norway, but its legal to buy them for private use.

I have to say your question is rather light in what you mean. Could you be a little more specific in what you are asking. I mean you could take it out on your personal pleasure craft, yes. You could even take it on a cruise ship, unless for some reason the cruise line has a prohibition against it. You could even take it off that cruise ship into another country, if it is not against the law in that country. So a little more clarity of question might help.
