Can I use a 600mah 10440 in my Joyetech eCab instead of the 360mah 10440 it came with?

So my Joyetech eCab starter kit came with 2x360mah "ICR10440" batteries. I have a bunch of 600mah "TR10440" batteries laying around. Same size/shape, both 3.7v. Can I use the 600mah in the eCab or will it blow up or something crazy? The instructions say only to use Joyetech branded batteries, but will it really matter?

The spec on the TR is 46.25mm while the ICR is 44mm so I don't think so.
