Can I use a cartomizer/tank made for an EGO on my 510-T? vol. What are the differences?

Hi all. I'm pretty new to the vaping world, and have been trying to get as much knowledge as I can. I just recently bought a Riva 510-t & was wondering if I can purchase a Vision eGo Clearomizer V2 on it. I have read that most 510 parts can be used on eGo's, but does it also work the other way around?

If I can't use an eGo carto/clear on my 510-t, where can I buy some specifically made for the 510t?
It would be great if I could use eGo parts on my 510-t as most sites I've looked at sell way more eGo accessories/parts.

What are the main differences between the 510-t & the eGo, parts wise? Thank you!:)

Edit: Also, are there drip shields available for the 510-t that don't require some sort of adapter? I've searched & come up with nothing. Thanks in advance for the patience, I know I have a lot of questions but I'm eager to learn!

Thanks everyone!
I went to Vape On in San Gabriel & the owner said I actually have an eGo battery with a 510-t atomizer! Picked up a tank, a couple cartomizers, drip tip, syringe, and some e-juice.

btw, I just wanna say that for those in Socal that Vape On is a great vape shop. Ray the owner is super friendly & knowledgeable. He was very patient & pretty much gave us a crash course in vaping. He also has a juice bar where you can try as many flavors as you want. Prices were pretty good too. Highly recommended.
