Can I use a KR808-d with an Ego?

I plan to purchase this adapter. 510 to 901/808-D Adapter


I'm wondering if these will work ok with an ego or a regular 510 battery. I don't know much about adapters and don't know if it will affect battery life or any of that. I'm basically looking to use vaper4life premium cartos with it.

I use an adaptor on my eGo for cartos on long trips. Will work fine.
