Can i use regular 510 ATTY with an EGO battery?

Im fairly new to egos and would like any limits as far as 510 compatability..ty in advance RMW

eGos are equipped with 510 threads so, yes, any 510 atty or carto will work with an eGo. Stick with standard resistance though as low resistance attiies & cartos significantly shorten the lifespan of eGo batteries.

eGo originally uses 510 atty in the first version. Then joyetech created a longer atty called mega 510 atty, after that they created eGo atty type A & type B. So, don't worry about that. eGo is just a larger 510 battery.

Thanks guys for clearing up my confusion,it realy is alittle overwhelming for someone new to the ecig world. Im learning and pretty tech savy but i like to hear it from the experts and you guys fit the bill perfectly..ty rmw

Ego can use any atomizers and cartomizers of slim 510 since 510 uses standard resistance atomizers and cartomizers.

The reverse is not true. The Ego can also use low resistance (LR, low ohms) atomizers and cartomizers which are hotter and draw more power. Slim ecigs cannot use LR stuff - it can damage the slim batteries. Similarly, slim 510 cannot use the Ego's charger cable - it puts power in too fast and can damage the 510 battery - I would label the Ego charger cable so you don't screw the 510 battery into it.

In addition they can both use Joye 306 atomizers (slim 510 can only use the standard resistance ones, Ego can use standard or LR). Joye 306 atomizers need 306 drip tip or carts (but don't drip on auto batteries if you have auto 510)
