we'll need a picture or at least the make a model of the charger. You can NOT use a Ni cad or Ni mah battery charger to recharge li ion batteries. and even though your efest 18650 says 3.7v it actually will be more like 4.2 volts fresh off the charger. I suggest an xtar, Efest LUC, or nitecore intelligent battery charger.

You need 4.2v output and 100-240V input.

Even if the charger is rated 220v, the batteries themselves will not charge fully, unless there is a 4.2v switch.

Even if you can use it bigger li batteries should be charged higher then a 450mah output. It will take like 10 hours to charge and not good for the battery
