So I bought a Kangertech SUBTANK Mini as a back up tank for my Atlantis, that way I can vape two different flavors without having to burn through a tank in order to change the juice flavors.

One thing I noticed about the Kangertech is that I get ZERO dry hits. Where as with the Atlantis, I would usually have to take a drink of something to make the throat burn go away. The dry throat burn wasn't unbearable with the Atlantis, it was just something I grew accustomed to.

Both tanks are running on .5 sub ohm coils.

I have different juices in both tanks. When I put my new 3mg juice into my Kangertech, I felt like I got stoned on my very first hit. It wasn't the greatest feeling ever and my Atlantis never did this. The only time I felt nic-sick with the Atlantis is when I would take too many hits in a short amount of time.

Both juices are 3mg in both tanks. What could be going on here?

I don't know if this will be helpful, considering I don't have either tanks you mentioned. However, I do have an EgoOne running a .5 sub ohm coil.

That said, I have noticed that the nic level is simply too high for me even at 3mg. I don't get dry hits, but I do notice a feeling of too much nic. Never a dry hit, but way too much nic.

As a solution, I have dropped down to 1 or 0 nic. The flavor is exceptional and so is the hit. Perhaps try dropping your nic and see what happens?
