Can l mix base liquids to make a different mg/ml strength?

Forgetting the equipment used for the mo, I've settled for a base liquid called VPG 70/30 Plus,
which is rated at 12mg/ml.
Whilst acceptable, it's a tad too strong but the lower rating is 6mg/ml in strength.
It comes in various size bottles but l get the 100ml ones for now.
If l buy 1 bottle of 6 mg/ml strength and 1 bottle of 12 mg/ml strength , can l mix these somehow to end up with a 9mg/ml strength?
If so, what's the formula to do this?
Could l even apply the same formula to make strenghths of 7mg/ml, 8mg/ml, 10mg/ml, and 11mg/ml?

Yes...you can mix equal amounts of each to get your 9mg


6mg + 12mg = 18 divided by 2 = 9mg.

I must admit that l had also ordered three different bottles of 6mg/ml liquids all of which are are pretty naff (to my taste only)!
As l'm new to all of this,l wasn't too worried about ordering the wrong juice as it WILL get used eventually, but now l've found the right
juice (taste) for me (ie VPG 70/30 Plus) it then boiled down to mg/ml strength.
Well this now seems a doddle from what you say.
So a 100ml bottle of 6mg/ml and a 100ml bottle of 12mg/ml piped into a 200ml bottle wlll give me 200ml of 9mg/ml.
Gosh, that will last me a blimmin' age! How brilliant is that!
I LIKE the 12mg/ml, one should eventually aim for the 6mg/ml which is too weak, so that's why l thought of 9mg/ml as a compromise.
I used to smoke over 30 cigarettes a day and gave it all up 8 weeks ago. Had a slight hiccup in the battery charging department, so did smoke the one odd "weed".
And now, l'm only on 25 e-cigs a day!!!!! (ha ha, l jest).
Will definitely be returning to this site on other matters but for now, l'm off to order some bottles of juice.

And yeah, that battery failure sounds familiar. Happened to me as well, 3 weeks into vaping.

Wait a minute, please, unless you use the 100 ml as an example only.
It is generally not advisable to buy too much of one flavor in the beginning. Our taste does change after a while - especially when being fairly new at vaping - and it would be annoying to have a lot of liquid that we no longer like.
I personally over-vaped (like over-ate) myself on chocolate and coffee flavors. I have not been able to vape them since. Yuck. Fortunately I did not have much left of those flavors.

Thanks Anja, well this will get my posts to over 5 sooner (ha ha).
Funnily enough, it's a new thing in SW France and they are certainly milking it it for all its worth.
The O-Smoke franchise has opened 7 shops in the last three months here, which is where l bought my original Eco-Ed package.
Cost me nearly £80 for the privilege but glad l took took the plunge.
Now, l can order exactly the same kit via Amazon France for €11 so have now got three kits in total.
Ok, you may think this is OTT but all batteries are charged, and l just swap them over as and when!
Liquid wise, l am happy with the the VPG 70/30 Plus flavour and don't think l'll change it.
I get this from Inawera in Poland which is a third of the French price!
Totally get what you are saying about don't buy too much of the same liquid, but what l get does it for me.
It'll all be decanted into 10ml bottles so l can have them all at 9mg/ml strength, and then add a drop of flavoring to experiment even more.
Gosh, after all that l now need a ...!!!

I'm aware of the unflavoured nic liquid you're talking about. Take note that any flavourings you add will lower the nicotine content slightly. You can find out more in the DIY section of the forum.

I did this when I found my stock of 18mg was too strong for me all of a sudden. I just bought equal quantities of what I had in 18, in 6mg, mixed 50/50 and in theory i have 12mg.

Now I find that because I have improved my tech again... I am going to have to mix down again. I am debating if I should buy 6mg to achieve 9mg or buy 0mg to achieve 6mg.
