Strigoi,
"there's a good chance the seller's place got destroyed or they have no way of communicating right now"
AGAIN .... if he is able to sell he is able to communicate !
Thanks anyway

An operating website does not mean that the seller is up and running. Web sites are often on servers outside the seller's location. Their web site may be working but their home or business may be without power or flooded and they may may not be able to receive or send emails. The seller won't be able to tell you anything more than you already know. The seller mailed your order but It took a while for your order to be transported in an area that has been hit by a natural disaster. It is reasonable to experience delays. It appears that your order is now on the move again. Hang in there!

If your order was placed BEFORE (since you like caps) this happened, they could have still had it shipped out and then the .... hit the fan.

It is FACT (caps lock again) that they shipped the package out. This is not an issue with the vendor and you should be .....ing about or contacting the USPS about it.

I can tell by what you quoted that you took the one part of what I posted to ..... about. You are in the wrong in this case. The seller has no/none/zilch/zero control over what happens to the package once it is picked up from their facility by the USPS.

One last point. What if their servers and data processing are located in a state that was not effected by what happened? Orders could still go through but it may be impossible to get the order fulfilled.

One more last point. The only time I've dealt with packages going to Jamaica, NY is when it's for an export/freight forwarding company. Did you have this package sent directly to you or is there a middle man involved?

Third last point. The only way you can get real tracking with the USPS is to use Express Mail. If that was not used they're going off the customs form number which IS NOT tracking and you're lucky if it gets scanned at all. Usually once the package leaves the US there will be no updates to it. I've shipped almost 2,000 packages outside of the US using USPS First Class International and Priority International, so I'm not new to this stuff.

Strigoi, Jamaica NY is JFK Airport. If you look up the address of a Post Office at the airport, you will see:

JOHN F KENNEDY AIRPORT MAIL CTR
US POSTAL SERVICE
JOHN F KENNEDY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT BLDG 250
JAMAICA NY 11430-9998

So his package arrived at JFK on the 7th.

I found the official page:

Jazzbo,
in Israel, the vaping Gained momentum only in the past 3 month,(since the last rising prices of analog cigarettes).
we do have E-cig shops but they mostly have beginners supplies like Ego battery, they do not have rebuild' Att,mods etc...
some of them are like Brokers, you place your order to them, pay them and they place the order for you to a supplier in China or USA, the package is mailed directly to your address but this is much more expensive.
For now it is legal to buy/sell E-cigs and accessories , the only problem we have is Liquids containing Nicotine (if they are caught by customs)
guys... i work in the computer field and believe me i understand that the servers can be at another place BUT (had to make one Caps):
If someone handles the order, someone changes the order status to "preparing",someone ships the package and changes the status to "shipped"... then someone can reply to my messages and E-mails.
I guess I'll boost my Nicotine a bit (lol) and wait some more.

Thanks anyway to you all,

    Don't think so !!!
What is the Excuse for IGNORING my Messages ?
Look at the dates Please , Sandy was at Oct 31 and it was shipped more than 1 Week before.

Well I know of a couple of large suppliers that are still looking for a new place to live, and it's real hard to conduct business from an emergency shelter. When the sort facility has no power, they can't ship. When the vendor has no power, they can't supply customer service. Then too, you have a little problem called customs, and they will release your package when they damn well feel like it.

The folks in ny got hit with a double whammy. First, frankenstorm sandy, which just decimated the area, then while they were putting their lives back together a nor'easter came along. The whole New England region and mid Atlantic region has been involved in getting these people back on their feet. It's a long, frustrating process to rebuild. I would imagine that people involved in shipping services in that area are doing everything they can to get back to "normal"

I don't know much about international shipping. the points brought up before seem valid to me. Living in the U.S. most of my life, I've been blessed with a mostly efficient post. One thing I have noticed, which annoys me, is that some suppliers use an alternate "courier" service. This screws the tracking information all up for some reason, and the package will be on my doorstep before the tracking is updated.
I hope your products arrive soon

I ordered from the US awhile ago via Lettermail. Arrived after 6 biz days. Realize with Lettermail there is NO TRACKING once it leaves the country and there is no notification that it has left the US. I would imagine it should arrive shortly. I've has some orders from China take 15+ biz days to arrive.
    Best of Luck.
As for Hurricane Sandy I've got a friend that was affected and still has no hydro. Fortunately he has a generator- lost everything and home is off the foundation.

To all of those who were concerned about the condition of the supplier and his ability to have Communication,I am glad to see that he is
and was Very much Active, "Alive and Kicking" at this very Forum !.
So i guess Lack of Communication due to Sandy is NOT the issue here, and i was unfortunately Right.

BTW, he is Not responding also at HIS "Customer and Product Support" Thread

Why are you exaggerating so?? He did answer your first question last night. He hasn't answered your second yet. You asked the second question at 2:12 am. Does that constitute "he is NOT responding...." ??? I don't think so. Also, why didn't you start this thread in that forum since you knew he had a from at ECF?

Furthermore, it is obvious that he sent your order but your order was delayed due to the Hurricane. Once it's at the Post Office there's very little he can do. But I will let him explain that to you. Bad mouthing a vendor for Post Office delays is not a justifiable complaint.

And in case you're wondering, I don't know the guy and I have never ordered from him. But I do believe that you've been bad mouthing him to the wrong folks and in the wrong venue.

    Dear zenoland,
    1. I am not exaggerating and i am not bad mouthing, I only HATE LIARS !!!
    2. He did NOT answer my question he just LIED about not getting ANY MESSAGE "My INBOX is empty".
    3. I did NOT ask a second question, all i did is prove he LIES (screen Pics)!!
    4. I did not start this thread in this forum since i did NOT have enough posts to write there, did you think about that ?
If i really wanted to "bad mouth him" i would write Directly there , don't you think ??( i guess you don't)
    5. "Bad mouthing a vendor for Post Office delays" WHERE exactly did you see that ?? I BLAME HIM for Lying and IGNORING his Costumers . (yes,I am NOT the only one)
    6. since I can't get in touch with USPS (since i am not an US resident) , the only way to solve the problem (according to USPS) is Through the Vendor and again he is NOT THERE FOR ME !!
    7. I can not be more clear than this (sorry,English is not my Native language)
