What is the difference between an atomized 510 cart and a regular one??

The atomized is a cartomizer - meaning the atomizer is built into the unit. A regular atomizer requires a "cart" - it is not a carto[mizer] - 2 separate pieces.

I had a friend who though he was saving money and bought a bunch of cartridges thinking they were cartomizers...haha, luckily I had a bunch of extra attys!

carts go on a510 atomizer and are rarely used anymore because they perform pretty crappy. Most people drip with attys or use them on a bottom feeder mod now . Cartomizer have the atomizer and filler built in as one piece which perform the best imo and can be used in carto tanks.
