Okay, so he's no vicious animal. In fact, he gets along great with my little black puppy.

Can someone show me what this image would look like on a glossy Orange chuck?
I think the image might be abstract, but I havent done a mockup in a while, Ill see if I can still do one.
Heres a quick mockup... sorry there is no shiny over the lion. I had to use the Harley Chuck and he had a logo on his face hehe.

I apologize for the crudity in advance, my cam doesn't appear to enjoy taking close up good resolution pictures.
This is my attempt at a ghetto wrap for ya, (resized, upped the resolution and printed out on a sheet of paper, used an exacto knife and shazaam, a wrap!) sorry if it sucks! However this will give you more of an idea I hope.
The button is in back since a full wrap will assuredly have a hindu dot in the middle of leo's head there if placed the other way.

I can already tell you black caps are a bad idea.. if I had the Deadchuck here I'd use that instead but it just shipped only today.
In retrospect... she probably doesn't even check the thread anymore. Just remembered this is like 3 months old.

The puppy ate the lion! 
I just by coinkidink came back here today because I decided to review my posts. Wafflestomper, I really like your work. I would just cut an oval around the Lion though. For some reason I don't like the straight lines where it wraps around the middle of the Chuck. But the Lion looks great on that orange Chuck! quakereject, the picture's a little dark but I do soooo appreciate all who are willing to put up a prototype (is that what you call it?) for me. Thanks a billion!!!

Picture was dark b/c of the horrible lighting in my computer hovel, combined with my printer that was manufactured in 1999.
I think we should take the puppy on a Safari so he can chase the lions...

Safari....that's a great name. But I couldn't take him on a real safari because he'd just scare all the wild animals to death. Doesn't just looking at him send chills down your spine!
