Can someone explain mg/?? to me?

When you get juice with nicotine in it, how does it actually dose out the nic? If your bottle of juice is 16mg nic and the volume is a 15ml quantity, what is delivered in mg/ml?? Would my example be about 1mg/ml??

Using your example 16mg is per ml so in a 15 ml bottle 16mg x 15 = 240mg in total!
