Can someone help me with this recipe?

This is a tobacco juice flavor called "Cowboy" from V2Cigs. Would it be possible to make using the ingredient list and percentages below? Does anyone know a vendor that could make it for me that would allow me to send a custom recipe like this? One that does it cheap though.

vanilla extract.........................12%
linalool ..................................12%
2,3,5-trimethylpyrazine...........0.3%
menthol.................................1.0%
1-malic acid...........................0.8%
beta-damascenone.................0.2%
acetylpyrazine........................0.5%
tabanone...............................0.3%
vanilla...................................1.5%
ethylacetate...........................0.5%
ehtyl maltol............................0.5%

Those are all common flavor/perfume ingredients AFAIK, so Linda could possibly mix it up for you without much effort. The only thing that is throwing me off is:

vanilla extract.........................12%

...

vanilla...................................1.5%

Maybe the second one is vanillin.

Thanks to the people that suggested i contact Gourmet Vapor. Sent them an email.

Can anybody tell me how do get the ingredients in this list. I have never seen such ingredients listed on any website that sells DIY mixing stuff. I have never mixed any juice before, so I haven't a clue.
