Also, if you PM Imagine, be sure to include your order number for her and she can check on your actual order tomorrow morning, too. I'm disappointed if you didn't receive a live person on a phone call, but I'm hopeful things will be back to normal soon, as their new folks should be nearing the end of the crash course training. Beyond these suggestions right now, I'm afraid I can't offer consolation. I know it's frustrating for someone new at this time.
