Can someone translate this juice label for me (Chinese I think)

Hi,

This bottle of juice came in a mega-lot I bought... It's obviously a 12mg Mal-bro flavor since that's written in English... I'm curious if it is the same brand as the other juices I bought, and it looks like a PG/VG mix.. but the numbers are in Chinese (I guess). Here are some pics:

It's really not THAT much. It's only 12mg, so he probably doesn't intend to cut it. A half liter would last me about four months, except I'm using higher nic than that, for now at least.

lol. Yeah, dude..... Just give it some more time. I'm sure some of the forum readers will be happy to translate.

It's just that there are a lot of smart-butts (myself included) here. Give it time. Bump it every 1/2 day or so. Also, you may wish to try a link back in another forum... like the juice forums.
