Ok, be nice.. Yes you can fix a dead atomizer. Well sort of… This works best on a 801. Gently remove the lower trim ring on the atomizer and then get a hold of the brass base and rock the housing back and forth while pulling. Be careful not to yank the wires out when it comes loose. Then take a 901 atomizer (or something similar in size) and push the atomizer assembly out of the housing.

Then carefully look at the coil to see where it has broken.

Then with a needle carfully scrape both ends of the break with the needle to clean it slightly.

Next slide the broken pieces together and tuck one under or over the other one.

Next apply power to bench test it. If it does not come on wiggle the connection until it stays on by itself without anything touching the coil.

Let it do a dry burn for no more than 10 seconds to help bond the parts.
As long as you don’t drop it or clean it, the atomizer will last until you manage to really kill it.8-o

I don't know if this post is still going since the last entry was made in Jan. but theres a Thread post here started by Vaporer. "Making an Atomizer Coil 101"

e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/atomizer-mods/65250-making-atomizer-coil-101-actual-working-methods-only

Since I can't post links yet just add the www to the front and the html to the end of this link.
