Okay so im looking for flavors to DIY and wanted to buy it locally at any store , i heard walmart at them but not sure ? any suggestion ?

You can buy some from grocery stores but make sure they are made with PG and not alcohol. Also Welcome to EZvape Dropper Bottles & Flavouring - Home has a lot of good flavours.
Not a lot of places sell non oil based flavorings, most grocery stores only sell the basics for cooking such as vanilla extract. Maybe a bakery supplies store would have a better selection, but you're never going to find a selection that's as wide as what's available online.
I was just about to post that we don't have any Bulk Barns in QC, checked the site and to my surprise it turns out we do! Sweet!!
I have BULK BARN ! They sell all candy , spice , i forgot them , are the flavors based on PG or alcool ?
Try Candy Shops that make their own candy (I got the best assortment of Loranns for a great price at one, just make sure there is NOT oil in the ingredients).
Be careful some of the Loranne have sugar in them. That will make a mess of your atomizer.
Your best bet. Look at a site like Happy Vapor as all his products will work for your purpose. If you must source what you find locally.

The problem is that i dont want to pay shipping fee 2x time , that why i got all i want from 1 store , nic , pg ,vg only the flavor i need ....
i guess i only need to look at the ingredient ? if theyre sugar or alcool i wont buy it , (thats what i heard)
Yeah alot of them are just PG and flavour nothing else just read the label to be sure

i didnt saw them at bulk barns , i only found some flavors with alcool , (fruit) oil , pg or sugar something but not lorrans...
Just buy something online. You'll end up paying a lot less anyways because if you even find any flavourings locally they'll cost way more than they're worth. JMO.
I don't know about a lot less. I was able to pick up some for $2 at bulk barn. Not a huge selection of vapeable ones but some basics.
No shipping cost and I was there anyways.
Yeah and you're in Ontario Of course you guys have it. In Quebec it's doubtful, they simply don't have as large a selection of stores or products Ontario does.
