can you blow through cart end on 510 atty?

Hey, when I flood out my atty, is it okay to blow out the excess fluid from the cartridge end of the atomizer when using a manual joye 510? This seems to work best for me, as more liquid comes out quickly from the bat end into the paper towel.

Will this damage my atty or is it okay? I've had my attys for a good month or so and they haven't seemed to have too much trouble with it, but what do you think? Should I be blowing from the battery end instead?

I've seen posts and videos about attys that recommend blowing them out like you're doing. I do the same thing. So far nothing bad has happened.

That's fine, and is how I do it myself
Just be sure to wipe any excess juice of the threads so they don't get all gunky.

I have NEVER understood why people blow them out the other way! I've ALWAYS blown them out from the cart end..why would you go the hard route and try to blow out through the threaded end?

I typically blow them out in both directions.

I go from both ends, too, using canned air for dusting. I shortened the straw so it's easier to control and start from the threaded end, huffing into a paper towel. then I turn the atty around and blow some more juice out from around the bridge. I follow this with a couple of dry burns (mostly to make sure I didn't booger something up ).
BTW, my atties have lasted over 3 months.
