Left over e-liquid?

Hi all,

I've tried a few methods but I think I've settled on dripping a 510 atomizer. My question is, after some use, I unscrew the atty and leave it on a piece of paper towel and I see juice residue absorbed by the paper towel. So there's juice left over even though the flavor is a burnt atomizer taste. I end up blowing the excess juice out of the atty and everytime I feel like I'm wasting juice.

Is this normal? If so, would you say that dripping on atomizers wastes juice more than, say clearomizers or cartos?

there's always going to be a little residual juice left over, But I wouldn't loose any sleep over it . Also can be condensation mixed with the juice .
