Can you rebuild coils on the iSmoka BCC MEGA ?

these have those push in coil bases not screwed in like the kanger stuff, and the post seems to have a type of little clip on the base of it.
Before I destroy it, has anyone rebuilt a coil for this?

Yeah, I have. It seems like more trouble than it's worth, though. The stem on top of the actual coil is pressure fitted on it to the point I had to remove the old wick and coil from the bottom and get a little screwdriver and hammer to pound the thing off the rest of the base from below. Pro tank coils have a bit more room than these do, as well.

so yes, it can be done. It's smaller and harder to muck with than coils for the pro tank. If you have more time than money, or you're particular about the coil/wick build, go for it. That first pop is really frustrating so be warned.

I have only 2 or 3 heads. Not much place to grab on to and twist, guess entry from the bottom will have to work. It's not about the money, I just like to monkey with things, and putting a cleaner, better coil in there is better than throwing it out.
