My first ecig V2 just died and I am looking to buy something similar for my mom, I was thinking about this one TW AIO Style E-cig Kit and E-liquid
my budget is around £30, all I need is a reliable kit. My mom tried once my sub-ohm device (0.2ohm triple coil), but she couldn't stand it, after one draw her throat hurt all day long and now I am not sure if that TW Aio will be suitable for her. I don't know much about ecigs as I am quite new to vaping myself so I was hoping you could recommend something decent.

Not sure if that matters but her favorite PG:VG ratio is 70:30.

    Really?

New vapers trying to get off the stinkies would do well with a vv/vw device that will start low, then have the ability to ramp up; say, an iStick and Naut Mini combo.

I say an iStick only because she will probably need to charge it every other day, you might get her two. Start with a 1.8 coil at 5-6watts, 12-18 mg nic, then see where she goes.

Though, I've heard great reports regarding the AIO as a starter kit for newbies.

Looked up TW AIO, and apparently it's a rebranded Joyetech Ego AIO, which i was gonna recommend anyway ! Why do you now think it's not suitable ? It's nothing like your sub-ohm 0.2 ohm setup.

The iStick and nautilus mini setup smacuser recommended is a fine set up and will work well with a 70 pg juice, but it will likely cost a little more than your 30 pound limit. Things tend to be a little more expensive in the UK compared to the U.S.

She'll need a simple pen without any confusing setting, just pick up and vape.

Lock it, then forget it. ;)

I originally was going to recommend an Innokin VV/VW V4 with an evod tank, but those are too fiddly and need to be recharged and filled too frequently.

Maybe just get a Juul or two.

    Well....

Otherwise, I'd suggest a larger maH Spinner or Twist with a thread sleeve and Naut Mini.

I always recommend the Innokin Endura T18 for people who don't necessarily want or need a box type mod.
It's slim and stylish, but the battery life is great. The tank is awesome - very pleasant vapor.

I have box mods now, but I still use my T18 very frequently.
Your Mom is probably a 'tootle puffer' so it will suit her very well.
Incidentally, I don't mean that in a disparaging way - I am also a tootle puffer, and I haven't touched a cigarette in over six months. I will never smoke again.
You don't have to chuck clouds to enjoy vaping, and more importantly the health benefits of not smoking.

@smacuser Very nice kit :) I've added it to bookmarks for future reference.

Yeah I know what you mean ^^ I use my cloud factory when watching movies or chilling, but when I'm doing work/studying/playing I go for the little guy. Ordering T18 now.

    Whats a tootle puffer?

Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
I consider myself a tootle puffer. The lowest I go on my coils is 1.5 Ω but mostly 1.8 and up. My VV/VW batteries are never turned up past 10 watts but normally at about 7. I normally don't pull the vapor down into my lungs so I am considered a MTN (mouth through nose) vaporer. We tootle puffers don't blow huge clouds so normally go through less than 5 mls of eliquid a day. I do about 3 mls. HTH
